My 16 year old went to this salon and here are the results. She's too sweet to complain. Enough said.
I have never been in a such bad place to get a manicures and pedicures, the employees are very rude, I had an appointment at 3:00pm and they attended me an hour later they only asked me to hold on because they were very busy, they worked very fast on my nails and they are no attentive in details the person who served me cut several of my fingers with the polishingin machine, when a choose the color this person didn't like it and asked me several times to change it. When paying the price was very high compared to other nails shop. We were 5 people that day to do our nails and none of us liked the way they treat costumer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! It was a bad experience and waste of time and money.
I have been going to Rose at Lovely Nails for my acrylic nails for over a year now. There's nobody better than Rose when it comes to consistency, skills, and competence. She is mindful of the shape and durability of my nails, and listens to what I want in my nails. I recommend Lovely Nails for sure!
Appointment at 415, got there at 4, waited till 445 to get sat, i was supposed to get a mani pedi but just got sat in the pedi chair for another 30m waiting for my pedi and never got one. Girl asked me if i wanted my mani and i said yes. Got sat she filed them down (unevenly) and cut my cuticles (while also cutting a chunk of my skin and causing me to bleed). She almost cut my other hand badly but i let out a yell and she stopped. Still demanded I pay. I did even though she spent 2m on my hands and caused me to bleed. Never going back.
i got a full set with a french tip. really basic but i was cut 2 TIMES and the process was really rushed. the gal who did my nails was on her phone, making phone calls, making new appointments and starting them while she was still working on my nails. she did not listen to the designe that i asked for. and was overall pretty crappy customer service.
