Nail & Beauty in Honolulu, HI

Ive been a customer for almost 2 years, but this time im not happy with my pedi.
The service took 2hours for just a pedi regular.
The cut is not even and the color is very poor.

I was satisfied with the results of my manicure and truly appreciated the time and care the nail stylist took with my nails.  It is unfortunate I will not return because of the unclean heating nail equipment that was dirty inside and out of the equipment. I mentioned my concern, and the lady dismissed it.  She simply replied with:  "Don't worry about it."  Also, no towel was laid on the table to rest my hands on.  Any debris left by shaved off nail polish from my nails laid on the table as my hand sat on it.  Not sure if they sanitized the table after I left.

In addition, I had my pedicure done, and again,
good job done on my toe nails.  BUT, noted shaved off old skin fell on the floor, and the towel was not reversed to a clean area after my toes were cleaned.

The ladies are nice!

My first time here on 9/23/22 as I had 1.5 hours to kill before I helped a friend sell food on his food truck. The staff did a very good job on my mani pedi and the price was reasonable. Ann massaged my feet so long I ran out of time for her to put nail polish on my toes and had to leave. I had no complaints because the massage she gave me was wonderful! I called the next day since I was in the area again and asked if she would paint my toenails and she was very nice and told me to come in. She did a good job and would not take my money to pay more and said it's included. She would not take my tip either. Such a nice group of women! Thank you Ann I will definitely be back.

Three of us had AN APPOINTMENT at 4:30pm and was NOT SEEN ON TIME. One of us are now WAITING FOR OVER AN HOUR. Two of us  had to say something to be seen close to our appointment time (20 minutes after the appointment)

The shop is old. Needs to be updated as the massage chairs and water bubbles do not work. At least one of the holders for the plastic that goes in each bin are broken on each chair.

Two of us opted for the Deluxe Spa Pedicure (52.00). And the other was to have a Hot Stone Pedicure (55.00). I needed to ask the person massaging if she could put more pressure. I initially thought she was rubbing the lotion in until I asked if it were the massage. Then I had to mention to her that using her nails to massage is "not a massage".

It's 5:55pm - an hour and 25 minutes past the appt time! At this point what do we do?? Well they finally started to help each other to to their services.

I can't get over this. And they seem as if this is ok?

I'm usually not one to post a bad review but this was just unacceptable! I called and asked if they had any openings for a specific time and of course they had agreed to let me come in at the time I asked for. Not knowing I had to wait for half an hour to even get anything started on my request. I was supposed to get a manicure and pedicure done but ended up just getting a pedicure as my time was also limited. As I thought I would've got both done for the time they told me I could come in. I would honestly say.. if you can't really accommodate much for a customer at a specific time for an appointment then it doesn't hurt to turn them away because there are many other places to go to! You can't tell a customer that you're able to take them in at a specific time and not have the audacity to let them know they would still have to wait for so long, almost 40 mins after the initial time. Common courtesy goes a very long way and this is just upsetting! Sucks that I've been coming here and back and this is the first time I've experience this here.
