love my girl Candi! Not only does she make my nails beautiful, we have a good laugh too!

Did not do a good job. Color lasted 4 days Didn't remove the existing color, had nail polish all over my skin

Not to happy with my experience, I had an older man that wears glasses, he told me to "stop talking" multiple times when I asked for simple corrections nicely, like cutting my nail down again or file it. He proceeded to tell me I was not the expert here. I was quiet at first, whatever I'm trying to get in and out, UNTIL I asked him if he could make my big toe look like the other one & this man said "it's fine" !! & when i said can u just fix it, he was abt to when the owner said "don't fix it, it's fine, I'll do the design over it" , me : "um no it's messy, can u please fix it" the old man proceeded to put the gel light over my feet & then ended up hitting the wet gel paint on all my toes & messed up the whole foot. The owner Had to redo my entire foot & finish the process on both feet. Luckily she's nice, but her and another worker there were making excuses for the old man telling me that " sometimes he doesn't understand what ur saying" F THAT, he's just rude

I used to come here all the time before Covid and at the beginning of the remodel. Yesterday was my first visit since then and sorry to say my lady. I only seen 1 person that used to work there and now there was 3 men and I got one of them. I hit a mani and pedi . It wasn't the best and he didn't know how to shape the toes or nails. As I was getting polished I pointed out how all the nails weren't covered and he said 2 nd coat will cover, it didn't. I asked for a design on my big toe which I never got and swirl design on index which got cat eye instead. The place is gorgeous with the remodel but when they are using dirty towels from the hamper on multiple people, which I seen being done many times. Time to find a new salon.

shorter lady was rude as hell. put her hands on me and refused to do a simple design complains no one knows how to do design even on french tip claiming they can't even do a outline color because it's considered designs and no one does design. 12 workers and 1 person can do simple design? makes no sense. horrible customer service. lazy individuals claiming they didn't feel like doing my design either. never would come back as long as Edna (little lady from incredibles) isn't there anymore
