Horrible experience! The worst of Dayton! Go elsewhere! First experience was great-second I will NEVER go back. They do not listen-
My second visit to this nail salon and I requested a gel mani and pedi. I was put with Susan (I think this was her name) and she started my services. A few minutes in she pulls out what looks like a cheese grater which I have never had used on me before and within 2-3 pulls I draw back in pain. I told her it hurt and then we both noticed she cheese grated the skin off the side of my foot! I was upset since I was only there to obtain services for my husband Christmas party tomorrow which I also told her about. The wound left on my foot is exactly where the shoes I bought to wear tomorrow hit my foot. She did apologize and put some kind of medicine on it "to stop the bleeding" (didn't tell me exactly what it was when I asked) and then put a bandaid on it once it stopped bleeding. Needless to say I spent $105 to have a wound on my foot and now I am unable to wear the shoes I bought because it is quite painful. I'm also a nurse and this will cause pain for sometime as it even hurt with my sock and shoe on after the services.... Beware
i've been getting dip nails for 5 years and i've never had them even chip in a week.... my nails started chipping two days after i paid $60 to have them done. Thi kept looking at them and frowning & knew they were not right but still wouldn't fix them. The longest time i've ever sat in a chair to get my nails done & the worst i've ever had them done. Go to Deluxe Nails in the mall. Not a cute place but nails are a million times better

Went Sunday to have my nails done for my daughters wedding. The lady that checked us in was nice. The nail stylist for me was rough. He put 2 different colors on my nails. He ran out of the one I wanted. My daughter gave a picture to her nail person and she did not follow it at all. My daughter was so disappointed. Will not be back.
