If you're looking for a good hair salon I recommend Kimage. I went to another salon and I got extensions and they started to fall out and the hair started getting gummy come to find out they were cheap extensions off Amazon. When I came here they make you feel at home/ welcomed. I got new extensions from them and they feel amazing, they are not to pricey or anything compared to the other salon I went to. I had prom so I went to them with my hair and make up and I was really impressed. If you are looking for a salon definitely recommending them! (You will walk out feeling like Beyoncé)
I have found a new salon that is an answer to a prayer. I'm interested in moving to the area and needed to find a salon for a scheduled interview. I booked a wash, DC and Sew In on Vagaro with Alicia and my appointment was confirmed for Tuesday morning.
I like that the ladies at this shop are mature and skilled. They offer many services here. Natural hair, braids, make up, locs, cuts, sew in's, wigs etc. Alicia was punctual and professional. She called me to confirm and discussed with me my vision before shampooing. I also got a good hair cut.
I really loved the products here. Nothing oily and heavy used on my hair. Nothing cheap. What I'm really in love with here is the large shampoo chairs and beautiful modern posh decor ! The chandelier looks like a wedding ring set. The shampoo chairs are soooo comfortable and full body. You can't get drenched in water because you lay your whole body down. I found this salon finance wise very reasonable and again professional. As a New Yorker, this salon is a 10.
