Dang it, I cannot remember the name of lady that did my hair, but she was awesome! I just came in for a hair detox service and also a trim. I wanted as little hair cut off as possible and she did an awesome job. My hair also just needed a cleanse and detox and I left the salon feeling great and my hair felt renewed. Would definitely recommend.
I am incredibly disappointed in the service my daughter received from the Chair Salon. Due to unforeseen circumstances, she arrived a bit late - 10 minutes max - and I called the salon in advance to warn them, and The Chair was understanding over the phone. Upon my daughter coming home, she remarked that her stylist seemed stressed by her lateness, which I understand, but it is absolutely no excuse for the laughably uneven haircut she received. Attached are photos demonstrating the near-INCH of difference between two cuts of hair. Not to mention my daughter paid $60 +tip. I am beyond disappointed in the quality of this haircut and for the lack of professionalism; if being 10 minutes late warrants the quality of this haircut, I really encourage you to just turn your customers away. That would be so much more forgivable than whatever ensued out of spite, frustration, or lack of care.
Terese is awesome, energetic, fun and very professional stylist who took care of my thick straight with a little hint of partiality curly medium long hair. She makes you feel really good. I also love the decor of interior, mixed with chic rusty looking furniture and light fixture. If anyone new to the neighborhood, in and out of Minneapolis, I highly recommend this salon. Please try booking by phone or online to experience a true good feeling.
Nice staff, good Covid protections. Just a few things to be aware of: -They don't take anything other than hair cut bookings online. You must call if you want color. -Parking sucks so come early to find a spot -They don't do blow drying at the salons right now (thanks, Covid)
