My favorite lash salon so far!! My lashes still look great even even when I was in need of my two week fill. It's so relaxing and mellow in there. Definitely recommend Yan for your lashes! She's so nice and has a very gentle touch.

I waited a week to write this review. Let me start by saying that everyone at the salon was very nice. Felt welcomed and did not have to wait. I asked for a natural look. I usually get hybrid eyelash extensions (a mix of natural and volume). But for my first time at a new salon I wanted a lower level. I heard the person doing my lashes say, I need 6D. I was not sure what that meant. But soon I found out. They are very large lashes. I wanted to wait a bit to react and check with my family. I felt I may fly away with my eyelids. I felt I was upsold. It cost me $100 after tip and I was expecting $75. I hated them and was told by family members they were way to big. In fact my mom said they looked ridiculous. I tried to call to get them fixed and did not get a call back until much later and no voice message. I was embarrassed going to my family function the next day. My word of caution is that if you choose this salon, make sure you are very clear. I thought I was... I even asked for one lash extension per lash. After a week they look terrible. Most have fallen out and they are very spaced out. If they were even close to what my other girl does in Utah I would not be upset. It was very upsetting and cost a lot more than I anticipated.

Horrible facial .Total rip off . The aesthetician doesn't know to do facial at all . Punishing the customer for coming 15 mts late . The lady didn't even massage neck underneath neck at all . There are many spas nearby for facial . One will be making a great great mistake for going for facial in this salon

I moved in the area during the pandemic and I was trying to found a lash place, I went to 2 different lashes studios and terrible job or very un-professional. With shayen you get booth quality and professional as well relaxation. Is no cheap but lashes stay well and her technique is very clean. Nice parking space and easy to book.
