PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT go here. In fact, I think their business practices will result in their closure soon. I bought a Groupon for a facial at this salon. When I called the salon to book an appointment for one of the listed facials on the Groupon, the woman (owner) immediately started *yelling* at me and told me they don't offer those options because it is an old listing that needs to be changed (not my problem). To say she was rude about it is an understatement, but I happily agreed to whatever they do offer. Upon walking into my appointment, the same woman rudely commanded me to "sit over there" while I waited for the esthetician. As I was finally walking into the room for my facial with the esthetician, the woman at the front desk literally started screaming at me, telling me I am supposed to leave my coat at the front and not take it in with me. I requested to take it into the room as my wallet and keys are in my pockets and I do not want to leave my valuable belongings by the front door. The esthetician allowed me to take it in and made room for me to hang it inside the room. Once I was inside, the woman from the front desk (owner) came running to the back, screaming at me at the top of her lungs, verbally abusing me, calling me names, telling me I'm a terrible person who does not deserve the service because I am not following her directions. The whole while, the esthetician and another customer were witness to this, and the esthetician gave me an apologetic look as if this is normal there. I left the salon immediately and reported it to Groupon. I will be further reporting this abusive behavior to other agencies. This woman is clearly out of her mind and should not be interacting with others.

If I could describe this salon in one word, I would say confused. From the moment I walked in the staff took a while to acknowledge I was there and kept walking around the salon. I sat down and waiting until someone could attend to me and when the manager came and asked me what I wanted I told her I wanted a facial and without hearing what kind or anything she sent me to a room and told me to lay down until someone comes. I waited about 15 minutes before someone came in and throughout the entire 20 minutes facial she left the door open, the lights on, and kept speaking to another employee very loud. This was a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. After 15 minutes into the facial I told her to start extractions instead of just massaging my face and she told me that to do extractions I needed to get another facial which is more expensive so I told her I would pay whatever the amount is but to do the facial properly including steam and extraction. After doing one extraction, she stopped and told me I was done. The total time was 20 minutes of the facial of just massaging my face without any moisturizer or steam and asked for $35. Instead of arguing with her, I decided to just pay and leave and get a facial elsewhere. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The worst the first time they left by eyebrows botched and i decided to give them a second chance and went in for a hair cut worst decision the lady left my hair super short and one side longer dont recomend at all

This place was literally the ABSOLUTE WORST salon I have been to. I have been to other similarly-priced threading salons. The person initially doing my eyebrows and arm wax did an awful job. Just look at the photo of how uneven my eyebrow is. I'm crying because I didn't have my contact on while there, and I'm going on a trip. I have a rash on my arm because she put the wax on my entire forearm, it cooled down, she waited and THEN tried to take it off. Also my upper lip area was bleeding. I thought it would go away but the skin is actually nicked. When I tried to tell them all of this they were incredibly rude. Like I would come back for a fix 30 mins away when my eyebrows are already so thin an uneven, and I have a rash. If I knew I'd have to tweeze it, I wouldn't have wasted my time and money. The place isn't sanitary either. They also OVERCHARGED me $5.99 on my CC.
