When I first walked in, everyone just kind of stared at me for a moment and then finally the lady at the front station says "can I help you"... I tell her what I want and then I get "have a seat"... I waited for a good 10-15 mins. It was a Friday so I actually was ok with that. I got a pedicure and a full set. There was no lining in the pedicure bowl and idk if it was cleaned ( didn't see anyone clean it).She left the water running and walked away. The water was piping hot but she did adjust once I told her when she came back. I was sitting for a while ( to the point where the water got cold) and when she finally came back, the actual pedicure felt rushed. After that, the same lady did my full set. My nails were all different lengths ( I had her fix the ones I noticed at the shop and it was still uneven) and they were super thin. I wear my nails longer so that's a problem. Within 4 days , 3 nails cracked and within a week , I only have 4 nails left! Some cracked right in the middle , which is EXTREMELY painful!! I went back after just one broke and she just put nail glue on it and told me to come back within a few days bc I cracked my nail underneath. Which makes sense .. although idk if nail glue was a good idea. It was better than hanging I guess. Idk. My nails didn't crack bc I was too rough. The first nail cracked from me simply tucking my hair behind my ear. It was just poor skills. I decided to not go back bc I just didn't trust the place. I'm a hairstylist and bc of this place, it has been very painful to do my job. I will not return and it was a complete waste of money. And not to mention, the customer service was terrible. I just felt like I was bothering them by getting my nails done. The only good thing I can say, is the prices are good. So you get what you pay for I guess.
This place is horrible. I went in for a full set and my nails were uneven, lumpy and the side of my nails weren't filled. When I told the women about it, she kept complaining about me asking her to fix the problems. My nails took about 4 days then I had to get a fill in. My nails usually last 2 weeks. This place is horrible for acrylic
I gut coffin designs on my nails , it was about $5 extra for the shape. That's a fair price considering that there's place charging up to $15 extra for this. All of my nails lasted for over two weeks
