Mosaic Salon and Spa in Woodbridge Township, NJ

The customer service is absolutely stellar in this business. Lori was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful with the process and one of the reasons I'll continue to come back (especially during the holidays!) Thank you Lori!

All I can say ladies is make sure that when you book your appointment with a specific technician when you walk in you actually get that technician. Booked a haircut with Stephanie and when I walked in Stephanie wasn't there. They moved my appointment under another technician after my hair was washed and I was standing there with a wet head. And no one ever notified me. They claim it was a mistake. That would have been believable had not three weeks later someone moved my nail appointment from Stephanie to a new girl right out of school. No one notified me prior to my appointment or when I walked in the door. It wasn't till I went in the back that this new girl said my nail appointment was with her. When I asked what happened they told me Stephanie called out. Odd how both my appointments with Stephanie were moved. Either Stephanie no longer wanted me as a client. Or the front desk is moving people's appointments to fill other people's books. Regardless this is not a Supercuts this is a salon and spa and client should be notified when their technicians are not available for their appointments either prior to showing up or when they first walk in the door. They should have the option of canceling the appointment or moving it to another technician of their choice. When I confronted the front desk about my appointments all I got was unprofessional back pedaling. I've been going to the salon for over 25 years due to the specific technicians I book services with. And to go and move people's appointments to other technicians is unacceptable, unprofessional and bad customer service.

This was my first time to Mosiac in Tinton Falls, NJ and will be my last. I had a pedicure and as you can see from the photo, she did a terrible job. I honestly don't think they look any better than when I went in. Started 35 minutes late, left me for 10 minutes soaking and the water got cold. Did not do any foot rub or massage and polish was left on the skin and dirt in nails. Very disappointing and not cheap!

Mosaic salon and spa is mine and my moms go to place for facials, hair cuts, hair coloring, and massages. Mosaic is very well laid out and clean with a comfortable waiting area, clean floors, and very pretty facial and massage rooms. The workers at mosaic are super nice and always helpful with whatever you need. There is also areas to get tea and eat a snack when you are in-between services. Stephanie does my hair and she is absolutely incredible I am always obsessed with what she does. I have also had a facial at mosaic. The lady who did mine paid close attention and catered to my skin concerns, the bed I was on for the facial was heated and the facial also included a hand massage. Overall I love mosaic and will continue to come here every time i want a nice day at the spa.

I love going to Mosaic in Woodbridge NJ. First the Front Desk Ladies (Lori and Shana) are the Happiest Ladies when you arrive in greetings and checking you in! (I called them the Duo Dream Team)! Second~Dee my hair stylist is AMAZING, she is truly a Top Notch Senior stylist, Love Her! Thirdly~ Alley who does the Shampoo, she gives the best shampoo and head massage! Love these Ladies and Mosaic Salon!! Jeanne C.
