Wanda is the best. Her team is very professional and always make me feel welcome. It's my go to salon, wouldn't change for anything

All Wanda do is attack her clients and LIE to save her face and reputation. As you can see, all of these women, including me, had the same issues and each time with the same results. Wanda NEVER reached out to her clients to resolve any issue instead she attacked us and make us look like liars. Of course my reviews keep getting deleted by Miss. Wanda herself. So save yourself a headache and avoid this place Ike a plague.

I'm not one to argue about stuff, but when you pay someone $3000 for extensions and they messed it up not once but twice and then try to blame someone else that's when I step in and just call how it is so here are pictures from both times she did my hair and when I went somewhere else, and got my hair fixed since she wrote on the review that the other person mess them up. That not the case she messed up and can't accept it . I never ask her for a blunt cut and even if I did my hair was choppy it wasn't a blunt It wasn't layered it wasn't right. Any professional hairdresser can tell the difference between a good cut an a bad cut and you just so happen to give me a bad cut for 3k. That not ok you need to own up to you mistake and stop coming up with excuses...

Appointment at 12 pm didn't get seated until 1 because "she didn't know she had anyone scheduled". Showed the color I wanted and got an extremely faded looking version with barely any color added. Up charged for no reason other than to add to the price, she didn't say there was any problems. A 4. 1/2 hour trip to the salon for dollar store quality work. A blind woman would still be upset with these results and this price. Absolutely awful experience.

this salon is awful, and this review is LONG overdue. i got my hair done for prom and arrived ON TIME to my appointment and had to wait 10 minutes in line to check in. even though i was there on time, they said i was late and couldn't do my balayage for me. that was fine, and they said they would do highlights instead. the highlights turned out orange instead of brown, they were chunky, started at the very top of my head and were streaky too. this salon completely ruined my (previously very healthy) hair which still hasn't been able to recover. every stylist i've been to since this appointment looked at my hair once and asked what salon i went to because the highlights were THAT atrocious. on top of the horrible service, the staff was incredibly rude and were staring at my mom and i as if we were goblins that just walked in there. avoid this salon at all costs if you care about your hair. $100+ that i will never get back. if you're a POC especially, you'll only feel uncomfortable the entire session. never again mora salon, you suck and ruined my hair right before prom, thank god there's hair stylists out there that actually know what they're doing and were able to temporarily cover the shitshow on my head.
