I saw some reviews here complaining that the techs are rude. I experienced the same on my last visit, which will be my last visit ever. The tech had a very rude, snippy attitude, and the owner defended her. I go to a nail spa to relax, de-stress and be pampered, not to be subjected to someone's nasty attitude. I won't be going back.
I come here often but not after today. I buy gift cards for both of my daughters-in-law. Today I went in to get them each an Easter gift card and I see a young girl looking like she is about to cry as another client is walking to the counter. The client was very angry, and informed me that the owner and 2 techs were laughing and pointing at the young girl because she didn't like her nails. The woman told me she would not be back and I walked out without any gift cards. I drive down the street to Moorestown and got them where I used to buy them for. They'll never get my business again! Disgraceful!
Terrible place with rude workers. They talk about their customers behind their back AND to their face. Maybe they could get away with poor customer service if they didn't do a subpar job in general. Will not be returning, and will be telling my friends that have visited before, not to return.
