First time visiting this location to get eyebrows waxed. I saw the skin rip out so I mentioned it to the lady and asked did my skin get ripped. She said " not that I am aware of". Later when applying aloe I said it's hurting when you put aloe over the ripped skin. Then she says " oh yeah it happens sometimes when you wax". Proper customer service would apologize for ripping skin and possibly give a discount for the ripping. Will not go back here.
I went in for highlights. They weren't light enough when I was done so the girl doing my hair told me to call in and she would have me come back and lighten them up. She even told me I had "7 days to get it fixed". So I called back in and another stylist (who was NOT my stylist) told me she'd put me on the schedule but that I would have to pay for it. She made it seem like it was my fault and that I agreed to getting orange highlights. After putting me on hold several times, she finally got her manager (which she should have done in the first place - still not sure why she tried to insert herself into a situation that didn't involve her) and her manager was completely clueless. They acted like this had never happened before and had no idea how to handle it. Finally, the manager told me she would call me back the next day after she talked to her regional manager. Guess what? She didn't. When she finally did call back, I had already fixed it myself. That is the first and the last time that place will get my money. Terrible at doing hair and terrible at customer service. I will NEVER go back.
This place is horrible. There are so many girls working here and they all hide in the back and refuse certain services because they are too lazy. I would spend a little more money and go somewhere nicer. I came in when told to get my roots done but when I arrived the girl said she didnt have time, so I came here for nothing. Then i asked for a wash and style and no one wanted to do it yet here they are(i am waiting with a friend while they dye her hair) an hour later watching as they take walk ins yet couldnt do mine... horrible place and 0 star service here. And i see this everytime here.
I went to a Fiesta Salon in Toledo Oh on Alexis road. I went Saturday had a consult and was given a quote and apt to return Sun 11am.. I did. the woman who was the one to do my hair had the worst hair I have seen on a stylist. she hobbled from the back holding towels. she gave me a quote $50 more then the previous one and told me I should go home color my roots and come back then it would only cost me $78 I wanted a cut and all over color my hair is shoulder length.. I was ticked off wasted a morning and could have gone somewhere else had I not made an apt on sat for sunday.. definitely will never go to this company again.. disappointed isn't the word those prices aren't the same as posted on the website..
I called ahead to see what services the salon offers & was pretty much satisfied with the responses. I finally went in on Friday, July 29, 2016 around 5:15pm. As I entered the salon, there were 2 stylists working on customers in the first 2 chairs immediately in front of the salon. Another stylist (I assume) was watching stylist "2. No one looked up. No one said anything. I stood there for a full 5 minutes. Nothing. Finally, someone said they would be with me in "a couple" of minutes. 10 minutes (that's more than a couple) go by & still no one paid me any attention. Another stylist walked right past by me with money in her hand & never even acknowledged my existence. Very disappointing to be treated this way. I was ready to part with my hard-earned money. It's a shame they didn't need a new customer.
