My family and I have been going to Modern Edge for many years and we have never been disappointed. Daniel is a genius when it comes to hair color. I can't go anywhere without someone stopping me to tell me how much they love my hair. Daniel and Christine take so much pride in their business and it shows. They have a huge, successful line of hair products, they have also designed their own combs and styling tools. I will never go anywhere else for my hair!
Came in to see if they do styling for weddings, and I will never go anywhere else. Now many of my family and friends also go here exclusively. Great family business and super knowledgeable and professional. They really know their stuff. I have family from out of state that regularly schedule visits just to get a trim or some coloring.
They also have their own line of products that I now use exclusively. Most recently, they came out with a line just for men and it is all I will ever use.
Dan convinced me to let my hair go grey a couple of years ago and I've never been happier with my color. He added this great purple shade last year. I get so many compliments. Great salon with great service
Came to this salon for a haircut a few weeks ago. It's small and unassuming, tucked away in a little strip mall. I would've driven right past it had I not had a Groupon. It was very easy to make an appointment on the phone, and they were able to squeeze me in the same afternoon. My hairstylist was Cailyn, and she was sweet and fun to talk to. I told her that I wanted to keep my hair long enough to possibly do a side braid for my wedding in the spring. She wisely talked me out of cutting off the four inches I had originally planned in order to make that doable.
My haircut came out great with nice, even layers that framed my face well. Cailyn was very professional but still engaging throughout and made the experience a pleasant one. With the Groupon, the price was very reasonable. Even the regular price listed on the site isn't bad compared to other salons in CT. I will definitely keep this place in mind for my next haircut!
