I tried Manicure Island for the first time a little over a week ago in a friend's recommendation. I got a powder gel manicure and pedicure and was so pleased with both. The women doing my nails too paid time and attention, and my nails looked great. Fast forward to about a week later, my powder gel, which is supposed to last 2-3 weeks, had started chipping. I went in to have the manicure removed, but instead of just removing it, Sofia took off the polish from the damaged nails and redid the manicure free of charge. She was so sweet and accommodating, and the gesture was unexpected and so appreciated. I will absolutely be going back? and likely becoming a regular at Manicure Island. Can't beat good customer service and integrity in what you do!
