My 17 year old saved her own money to get her hair partially highlighted. Once at the salon, it was recommended that she get an all over color with highlights (exceedingly more expensive than what she had saved). She had never colored her hair before didn't voice her dissatisfaction at the time of her appointment. She returned to college but grew increasingly anxious about her hair when friends and others began commenting. Sadly the owner and stylist refuse any refund. I would not recommend this salon. They clearly took advantage of a young girl that is very new to the salon experience.
I got my hair cut there for the first time last night & it was fabulous! The owner Misti cut it herself. She was so nice & sweet to talk too, really taking the time to listen to what I wanted. Everyone at the salon was very professional & personable. It was nice to find a local business with a small family feel. It felt like home & I will return!
No show, no call = you're fired. I realize there was three inches of snow that morning, but the weather reports had been out all week with the prediction. Unprofessional not to check your books and take numbers home. I'm glad you were home safe, but I made it there from a country road in Aylett by 12:30 pm and I also "don't have a husband with a truck". Thank you for the apology though.
