I have gotten my eyebrows threaded for over ten years in another city and was satisfied. Moving back to Saginaw, I found them and wanted to continue getting my brows threaded. It was not a good experience. I stopped getting my eyebrows done here. After having my brows with gashes, unevenness and hair left in different areas, I decided to stop patronizing the company. The young ladies are nonchalant and blasé when they mess up your brows. One girl gashed my brows then placed blamed by saying it was there previously. I did not walk in with gashes as my brows were overgrown. I had one not thread the center of my brows enough and she tried to tell me that's how they should be. I shared that I liked the center neat and clean. She actually "sucked her teeth" when I asked to have the area neater and cleaner. I was taken aback that she was satisfied with not satisfying a customer. I would not recommend the services of this company.
Would give zero stars if I could; Very unprofessional. This is my second time going and I will not go again. The first time my brows were very uneven. Brows looked messy and got my skin pinched multiple times by a girl who didn't seem to know what was doing. I was bleeding and my brows were uneven, even after I asked for a fix, they still weren't the same. I got fed up, payed and left. I'll be going to The Willows for my usual brow wax.
They did a perfect job, I was nervous getting my eyebrows done because I've never gotten them done in Saginaw. But I was very impressed! Definitely exceeded my expectations! I have gotten my eyebrows threaded for YEARS, and they by far knocked it out of the park.
