MiMi Nails & Spa in Cherry Hill, NJ

I came here about two weeks ago and they had a nice selection of nail polish colors. There was a promotion going on for a manicure and pedicure which was great. My complaint is that I waited about an hour for someone to get to me when it was only me and two other people. Someone who came in after me got helped before me. My nails still look pretty good but not for the quality of service that i experienced here.

I came here the day before Thanksgiving thinking I'd get a rushed gel manicure. Esther is amazing and takes her time. Best manicure I've had since moving to Jersey. I'd say probably one of my best ever gel manicures because it lasted 3 weeks. My nails never last that long. Now I'm back for a pedicure and manicure for Christmas. I love Esther. She's awesome. Not to mention the place is fairly clean. Doesn't smell like a bunch of chemicals. I'm glad I've finally found a place I can go to regularly from now on.

I have been going to escape for awhile and have been very happy. The last 4 times I've noticed a downward change. Specifically with the mani and pedi. There was a time no matter who did the work, it was very consistent. The level of detail, amount of time for the massage, and overall experience was one that was slow paced and no rushing. So I recently made an appointment with Angela who I knew is great. Unfortunately not only was the overall mani and pedi rushed, she cut my foot in the process when scrubbing calluses. She put a bandaid on it and apologized. . See picture. I'm sure they will get their act together however, I'm not sure I will ever return to see it.

Escape from your reality with the best service, foot massage and nail experience of your life. I cannot compare the care for quality of work that was exerted in my pedicure and nail service here. So. Glad I came! Regarding my pedi, I have paid more for a separate massage elsewhere and have never received a pedicure like this before. Lets go back to the basics. What's important for you? For me it's service and result. I hate it when I go somewhere and have to wait, I am rushed, I get pushed to purchase the service that I did not intend on considering, or I get talked out of a service that I wanted. Here, I asked for specific style and I was told of course we can do that. Angela took her time; she was kind, patient and professional. She was pleasant. She saw a picture that I showed her from Pinterest about a style that I wanted and she didn't say, "Sorry, we aren't able to do that". She said, "Of course!" I even got a nice shoulder massage at the end. Paul, the gentleman who gave me my pedicure gave the best damn foot massage ever! And I'm really picky about who touches my feet. I raved about it so much, it made my fiancé jealous lol. I got the standard pedicure. There are many different types of services that you can purchase here pier. From various pedicures, manicures, massages, facials. They do it all! This is definitely a diamond in the rough and I will definitely be back! thank you guys for providing top-notch service and making me your new retained customer!

Wow this place is amazing. Stopped by on a whim cause I needed a pedicure and I was in cherry hill for a massage. Walked in & it is quiet, employees were busy, asked if they could take a pedicure. No wait and was seated right away. They were busy but as soon as they were done they got to work on me. They have a special for a one hour reflexology for 45$ and I asked if that was possible. They obliged and they said before they painted my toes they would. The man doing my pedicure and massage was phenomenal. He took his time and was meticulous compared to many other salons and his massage was so good! He has strong hands and honestly his massage was better than the one I had just had an hour prior. Will definitely be back!
