Worst hair salon ever, they don't care about anyone's time but their own. I had an appointment for just a wash, no blow dry no nothing. I waited more than an hour and I just had to walk out, I had to reschedule my hair appointment I had after, I do not recommend this salon.

Yesterday I decided that I needed to find a local place to get my hair washed. I have thick curly hair and Ive been going to the same salon in Boston for a long while-- but I was short on time and it being the holiday season I yelped a few places to get some reviews. I selected Millenium even though it didn't have yelp reviews because they did have some reviews on another platform. I called ahead and the gentleman on the phone told me there was no wait and in my head I though "perfect-- in and out!". When I arrived the doorway was crowded, it looks like they not only have a barber side and a hair salon side but right at the front door they are doing western union transactions. This was frustrating because you could barely get inside. No one greeted me and since it was my first time I didn't know who to go to for me to check in. I realize after waiting for 10 minutes that it is a shorter man who is directed customers to his staff-- I only realized this though when someone came in after me and he ushered them in to get a wash and blow dry AFTER I had been standing there liking lost. I walked over to him, and told him I too was waiting for a wash-- he apologized and stated he thought I was just waiting for someone-- this is where it goes further downhill. I then asked him how long since I had already been waiting-- he replied with a " I said you were next"-- ummm you already had me waiting and then you have the audacity to be annoyed that now I'd like to know how much LONGER I'll be waiting? Wishing a few minutes I'm brought over to the wash sink, the woman washing my hair was OK, she was thorough and I felt like she got my hair clean, she was quick and efficient. I would say that she got the job done but her blow drying wasn't to great so she had to do flat ironing-- which I don't like-- I great blow dry means you don't have to use a flatiron. Here is where we hit rock bottom-- I leave the chair and walk up to the front western union area to pay-- the same gentleman from earlier gives me my total and he swiped my card. My receipt prints out and at he that time he realized HE CHARGED ME 131.00, he tells me he can just give me the cash out of the register-- what?!? I've never been there and you want me to use your check out system like an ATM? He then seems frustrated that he's going to have to void the transaction. He apologizes calls customer service but instead of focusing on getting me back my 100.00 he's trying o multitask by still checking out other folks-- I stand there for 20+ minutes while he tries to figure it out. I'm annoyed I want to leave-- he finally voids the transaction and tells me it's going to take 3-5 days for me to see my money back! It's Christmas weekend!!! I know have paid 160.00 for a 30 dollar mediocre wash and blow. So much more transpired-- but needless to say I will never go back there.
