This was my first time here, but it will not be my last! I am extremely happy with my silk press AND the customer service. The ladies here are friendly, patient and professional. Plus, they did an amazing job on my hair. I will definitely be back!!
I scheduled an appointment for a silk press on my birthday and I was blown away. I hadn't been to professional salon in about 5 years due to a bad experience but Plumbhunneez changed that. Makeda and Essence are so fun and friendly I felt like I was hanging out with our friends. I didn't even mention I was tender headed and Essence was so gentle and so through when washing my hair and I genuinely started to dose off for a moment. She and her sister "tag teamed" my style, Essence pressed it and Makeda trimmed, installed my clip ins and laid down my baby hairs. I was so sad at the end of the night when I had to wrap my hair and I couldn't look at it any more! Don't let their location/ size of the shop fool you. These girls really know what they are doing and I will definitely be coming and recommending them.
My first time here. Loved the work done - silk press for myself and my daughter. However, it came to $143 for both (plus I left more for a tip). I thought that was a bit pricey... I'd come back though cause the quality of their work was good. I recommend you try this out if you're in the area!
My experience with these Ladies was the best! Nice and clean. I love my braids. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
Hands down best place in New England to get your braids done. Prices are more than reasonable. They make you feel right at home. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
