Usually the nail services are excellent. There have been three occasions where I have either been cut and bled or that my nails were not done well. It depends who you get. This last time, I went in with two broken nails. The nail tech put acrylics on those fingers to match the length to the rest of my nails. The acrylics look terrible. Luckily, I spoke to the receptionist, Kendall, who was able to schedule another appointment for me to get them fixed. I appreciate the customer service and hope the end result is better than this.
I was hesitant to return due to the technician being a bit rough at my last visit but I am so happy I gave them another try. Van (Vivian) did my manicure and Bob did my pedicure. They were both so gentle and detailed. I will definitely be back and book with them moving forward.

These 4 stars are for MIMI! She has been amazing. The first time I went to her, she had to fix an acrylic mess I had on my hands from a previous salon. She made them look like a brand new set! She is amazing with acrylic!! SADLY, SHE NO LONGER WORKS THERE I'm so sad and worried about who will do my nails from now on. I hear Jenny is really good.
