St Helena Salon in St Helena, CA

I went to St Helena for my anniversary. While we were there we wanted to do a photo shoot. St Helena did my makeup and hair which put the perfect touch to our pictures.

Teresa Garcia is a godsend! She transformed my dull, heat-damaged, dirty blonde hair into a happy, healthy, highlighted work of art. I was nervous because it was my first time dying my hair (ever!) but her expertise and knowledge quickly put my mind at ease. She answered every single question I asked and went out of her way to be as accommodating as possible! The salon is very clean, offers top of the line hair and makeup products, and you can tell everyone who works there is just as amazing as Teresa. Definitely looking forward to my next appointment!

I had received a gift card and went to the shop to spend it. They told me that since the salon had been sold, they would not honor the gift card... even though they are using the same name and the previous owner is still working there as a stylist. They suggested I contact the previous owner and ask if she would honor it, but yet offered no assistance in getting a hold of her. She was probably standing there working while we were in the shop. The now owner didn't even say "sorry", only her son did. Really?? Not even offering a discount on the product I was going to purchase... nothing... AND it's Christmas!! They were very bah humbug!!

Sarah Chappallet did my hair!!! Cut at least four inches off and took me from a heavily boxed dark brown to a rocking blonde...feeling so amazing and happy to not look like a tired Mom anymore. I was also greeted by a very friendly Host Wesley with a delicious latte. Such a wonderful "pamper session" Thanks again XOXO

Wow, wow, wow! Had my hair done for a wedding by, Gresilda. Hope I spelt her name right. She was amazing. Did an amazing job. So friendly, nice and detail oriented. Thank you! It is exactly what I had in mind on such an important day
