Always accommodating, quality work, friendly staff. I told Lily what I wanted to do a week ahead and she even worked up a sample for me ahead. So sweet.

Scam!!!!! This nail salon is a rip-off! The advertised 20% off under new management. I wanted clear gel polish and white tips. It shouldn't cost anything more than $45 because it's only nail polish, nothing else. She started my nails, and she was doing something I was not familiar with. I asked her if this was a new way to use gel, and she was not giving much of an explanation. She's using gel dryers, so I'm not overthinking about it. She charged me $96 and said that's the price after the 20% discount. On top of that, she charged me more money for using my credit card, $113 together. Beware of this nail salon! Uv gel was something I never asked for. Because I never knew about it. If you were confused, you should have made it clear. I mentioned I don't wear tips or fake nails multiple times. She didn't show me anything or explain the process. Let's not lie because I left a review! The price I looked at for gel was $45. I had never seen a price for $96 anywhere in your business. As a business owner, understanding what a customer wants is critical for us to return. Of course, I will leave a tip, and I didn't leave a $14 tip. It was $10 you charged additional fees for using my credit card. You just completely lied about everything and how the process happened. At this point, this business shouldn't be open, and I will look into reporting this company $96+10= $106. $96+14=110. I never left a $14 tip. Show the receipt....you charged me an extra $7 more for using my card. This was a scam!!!

I like this place. Very professional and great staff. My wife is happy to visit metro nail too. They always make us happy.

Immaculately clean. Even before the pandemic, Alice managed her salon impeccably and focuses on her clientele with attention to detail, comfort, and luxuriousness. I've been mani/pedi'd; waxed, and eyebrow dyed. Always perfectly done. LOVE this salon.

I normally go across the street to Donna Nails (ME Time) but this time because Donna was closed I went to Metro nails. I asked them for the SAME service on my nails - UV gel - but just a polish change on my toes (due to lack of time). After a long 1.5 hrs just to get the polish removed (they would not listen to me on how to quickly remove the polish like the other spot does) - I finally got them to understand what I wanted on my nails. That is when she said it would cost me $100 JUST for the gel - NOT tips - JUST gel. Shocked I said - that I pay $51 - WITH TIP at Me Time. She proceeded to call me a liar DESPITE showing them my Venmo transactions. Just angered at this point - I asked to pay for the polish removal and JUST polish change on my foot - usually a $12-15 charge and they charged me a WHOPPING $65. NEVER AGAIN and I strongly suggest ANY other nail salon in town.
