K.B. Nails & Spa in Mt Kisco, NY

This is the worse place ever! Stay clear from this place. Do not waste your money or time! Never ever never again. I asked for a full set coffin shape. During the process, the gentleman stopped about 15 times to answer the phone and to do other things I kept asking him over and over and over. Why aren't my nails shaping out correctly, kept he kept telling me it's going come out it's gonna come out, It takes a while to shape the nails. it took two hours and when I complained about my nails, he said oh you asked for the nails to be too long. I've had nails much longer than this before. If you can't do the nails, the way a customer ask for them to be then say you can't do it get someone else or advice for them not to get their nails done at that particular place You can see through the nails, they're not shaped correctly. My five year old do better nails than they do. Two hours of my life was wasted, and now I can't even get my nails done properly because he filed them so much, they are sensitive. This is the most crappy place you can ever go to a waste of money, a waste of time.... I am so, so upset. Do not go here

Don't come here the right foot doesn't know what the left foot is doing The owner is an idiot I made an appointment and I was rushed the person wasn't ready when I got here.. waited a half hour for the girl to begin my nails. Also had an appointment for a pedicure was told I couldn't have a spa pedicure even though that's what I booked because she said there wasn't enough time she had another client waiting You can't make this stuff up unbelievable.

This place is a great spot to get your nails done. $40 for a mani-pedi which is reasonable. It's kept clean and the staff are accommodating. They follow covid protocols to keep customers safe. I'd recommend coming here if you want to treat yourself.

took three hours, two workers trying to get a "powder Gel" fill right! Never again!! Nails were cut uneven, left with short nails and an ugly gel manicure! Most disturbing fact is that they didn't care about their work! Won't be going back to KB Nails!

Been a couple times, and was happier with my spa pedi (amazing relaxing massage) than my gel mani. I will say, it is a solid gel mani, but for thirty dollars my tech could have done a little more than just slap some lotion on my hands when she was done. Otherwise, the salon is meticulously clean and they are following all protocols. Hoping it was just an off day. I will be back!
