I've always had a GREAT experience! She has always been very good at communicating her services, the maintenance and what options works best. I've followed her from different locations for about 3 years now so there is no one else I trust. I recommend her to everyone all the time. You won't regret it!
The first time I got eyelash extensions at this salon Meredith was eating chic-fil-a for about ten minutes while I waited to get the service. The lashes looked ok though and her office is very convenient to me. So, I booked another appointment a few months later to get eyelash extensions for a specific event I had coming up. I booked the appointment 12 days in advance. Then, the night before my appointment she told me the price was actually double what she quoted me 12 days before. At that point it was too late for me to book an appointment anywhere else. Instead of following through with the price she originally quoted (which I had documentation of) she doubled down and was very rude. I ended up canceling my appointment and would not recommend this place to anyone.
