If you're looking for a new hair stylist or salon, go to Via. This is the second time I've been and have seen Olivia, GO SEE Olivia!! Or anyone at Via Salon, everyone is extremely welcoming and nice. The salon is clean, cozy, lively, and always has good music playing. They offered me coffee and bagels when I walked in. Every staff member spoke to me. I've never done anything to my hair and didn't really know what I wanted. Olivia made me feel so comfortable, asked a lot of questions and really listened. She also remembered things about me and my life from our previous appointment 3 months ago - only being the first time we met. I've never loved my hair more in 26 years! I've received so many compliments, I highly recommend her and Via Salon!

Kristi was my hairdresser and I appreciate her thoroughness and patience with both my hair cut and hair treatment (I got a Brazilian blow out).

A few weeks ago I had a full highlight done ahead of my upcoming wedding. I knew I was taking a chance in going to someone new but it's been hard finding a regular stylist to trust. We had several conversations and I sent pics of the honey, caramel, warm blondes that I love... however, my color came out terrible. I was super brassy with patches of orangey blonde.
There was no way I could have this for my big day!! I had found Kristi on IG and reached out. She knew I was upset and set up a FT consult for the next day. Immediately I saw the wheels turning on what she would do to fix this. I had my appointment yesterday and I am THRILLED with the results!! 4.5 hours later, several different color blends and techniques, and we got it right!! Kristi is a visionary! And how lucky was I to have my appointment the day after Kristi and her team hosted a class where she was able to put what she learned to the test! I can't stress how important it is to find a stylist that makes continuing education a priority!

Kristi is a miracle worker. The color correction she did for me was amazing. I came in with uneven and brassy highlights that turned my hair dry and brittle to the prettiest shade of brunette and I can't believe how healthy, soft and shiny it is. I got so many compliments at work today.
