I went in for a partial highlight and an a-line bob. I explained that my hair is thin, fragile, very curly, and I don't like layers because my hair is too thin and they make me look bald. The highlight came out fine. That is the only reason for giving even 1 star. The cut is where it started to go wrong. She couldn't seem to get a good angle, and she THINNED my already baby fine hair. This was AFTER telling her that my volume of hair was a blessing. It made up for how fine it is. Bad haircuts happen, but it will take me 4 years to regrow what she removed with the thinning shears. To make the pain even worse....I was charged $183.00!!!! For a partial highlight and cut?!?!?!? Never have I ever paid more than $110 for chemical services, cut, dry, and style. I will never return to this place.
The girls at medusas are amazing and so friendly. Candice was my stylist and I did a real funky new style and she did it perfectly. Brought my best friend with me and she had Rachel and she is returning now with her niece. Amazing work by these girls and so customer oriented. My new shop only.
I love this place. Ashley does my hair and she always does a fabulous job. I came in wanting to go from brown hair full of box dye to blonde. Man is Ashley patient. I have extremely thick hair on top of having damaged it so badly with boxed dye. She did not rush through any part of doing my hair and gave me great advice. I keep going back to this salon because Ashley and the other girls are so friendly and they do such a great job! Thanks Ashley!
I had Darci and she was just fabulous! I was in at 3:30pm, and didn't leave close to 7pm, because they had to color correct before coloring and cut. :D Yay! Thank you ladies for saving my hair!
I use to live in Norwich, but now I come see Kandice whenever I come home from Vegas. The prices here are so affordable and their expertise in hair is unbeatable. Love this place! In fact, I have an appt today for a cut and color. Super excited to go lighter. :)
