MB Salon in Puyallup, WA

I just got my hair done at MB Salon, it was such a great experience. Binh and Mandy were so generous and kind. They offered me snacks and drinks while consulting my hair. I got a red balayage and trim. Binh was very detailed, he made sure I got the right color, the right length, etc. My hair turned out even better than the pic I showed them for inspo too!! Great service and I love my hair!

yes exactly you cut my hair and didn't listen when I told you no when I told you not to cut my hair even if it was uneven, you scammed me out of $250 and you did not deny that you don't buy your perm kits online when they are purchased for $8 at Amazon. If I would have known you were using an Amazon $8 perm kit I would have NOT signed anything. That's the whole reason why I signed the waiver was because I thought you guys were using your own products, my hair did not last 2 days curly so yes we want a refund. There is no false statement here, I was the client NOT my girlfriend she was there with me, you kept insisting you do something to her hair, when she said no multiple times. You took my phone away from her hand that way you can do the transaction yourself. So I want my refund.

Don't go to this business please. Overcharging their customers for poor quality. I went here with my girlfriend who got robbed $250 for a perm. The perm product they used was just Quantum Perm kit solutions that you can purchase for $8 on amazon nothing special or salon quality for $250?!!! Also, my girlfriend has really short hair above her ears (don't know how that would be $250?!!) Mandy whom I assume is the owner kept calling my girlfriend a boy even when I kept saying she. Her whole vibe was just to get every dollar out of us as she could telling me she wanted to do my highlights and asked who did my hair which I had just got done a week prior. My girlfriend's Zelle wasn't working after a few tries so I was trying to help and figure out the issue, Mandy just grabbed her phone out of my hands invading privacy and kept trying to send it herself on my girlfriend's phone. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I suggested to use card because Zelle is not working, but she said she didn't want to use card because they get charged for card transactions. So I'm like ok I'll use mine and it goes through. To add she rushed my girlfriend to sign some sort of contract before the perm and didn't even let her read it. Honestly wished we would've walked out the moment she said $250, but didn't and got scammed for sure!! Just want to warn others. Seen some similar reviews and poor response from Mandy claiming false statements but I have pictures of the Zelle transaction and pictures of my girlfriend's hair before and after looking the same!! Mandy knows what she's doing because she's had alot of complaints and people wanting refunds she just tries to cover them up with false statements allegations.

the owners of this salon are world class! Helped saved my damaged hair. It was stressful going to a new hairdresser, but they have been excellent. Both are kind and provide wonderful service. They also provide tea, treats and even noodle soup (which was a life saver since I didn't eat lunch). Great service!

I was able to get an appointment the same day! My hair was overdue and needed much love. Mandy and Ben worked together. The finished result was fabulous. They have all kinds of goodies they will try to feed you and treat you very kindly. I will be going back for my shellac manicure and full facial service very soon! Highly recommend you go to MB Salon!
