Was sketchy on the phone and in person about pricing and WHICH extension method she was going to use. Many separate fees kept getting thrown in. Trying to fast talk you into other services you made clear you didn't want. Was late to her own appt SHE set. Forgot her swatches at home. Explained several times I wanted the same color and she kept trying to get me to agree on other colors. She actually told me I was "wasting her time" and to "go back" where I came from!!!! Why? Because she was late, unprepared and trying to charge $600 for tape-ins of a color that doesn't match my hair. Gladly. I will most definitely go a-n-y-w-h-e-r-e else. What a nasty, unprofessional, unprepared, rude owner. It's her way or no way....
LOVE!! She has done Japanese straightening on my hair 5 times now and she does a great job!! Takes her time to make sure it's done right!!

I moved inTo a new neighborhood and wanted to find a new Stylist that specialized in color. I had my picture of platinum gray that I wanted . I met Mayte she was so kind and friendly and I really loved that she explained the process and the products she would use to get the results I wanted. She really is an expert she is so gentle and gave the bestt treatments all these products are so great my hair feels so soft. The bleaching process didn't burn at all and usually I feel it a little. I'm so happy with my reSults I will be back i finally found a great Colorist who is competitively priced . I love how she booked me so that she had time to spend with just me doing the important color anD didn't overbook. What a great experience thank you Mayte
