This is a hit or miss location. I thought it was a good place but they are missing the mark on the walk-in service. Don't rely on just walking in because that won't happen. I went in at 4:50 and they wouldn't even try to fit me in. They told me to go back at 9pm! They don't have enough people working there. The times I have gone there and got in, they did ok for my cut but not amazing. Seems they like don't even attempt to get to know you. There were a couple girls there that have cut my hair before and they don't even remember who I am. Just seems like not a great place to walk in. Make an appointment I guess. It really sucks trying to find an actual good stylist that is reliable AND actually wants to get to know their clients. Too bad. Time to find another place.
It's just Meh. In n Out in 5 minutes tops. After the haircut, there was hair all over my face and inside my shirt. No effort to avoid hair falling around or brush it off, at least from the face? I don't bite, eh. The left side and the right side isn't cut the same way. Makes me look wonky. I went there coz it's closer to work and so I can save on time, but NOT GOING BACK.
I've been seeing Alexa for years now. She always does a fantastic job with my hair. I have a unique haircut style and I have never had anyone get my blonde as toned as she does. Absolutely perfect every time!
