Terrible service. They put me on the list and told me to come back in 30-60 minutes. When I came back 45 minutes later, they said I was late and that they were too close to closing to let me in. Based on other reviews I've seen since, I may have been lucky I didn't go there as many are saying they received bad haircuts. I would avoid.
Been in several times in past years. Was good a few years ago. Now: Sometimes good, and other times disappointed. Started avoiding this location. Some staff are less than pleasant. Now my 2nd or 3rd choice when I need a hair cut.
I used the Great Clips app. 52 minute wait time. 10 minutes later it was at 74 minutes. It was about 90 minutes until it was my turn to get the haircut. Great Clips still requires masks. Clean environment. The person that greeted me was a bit rude. The person that cut my hair was friendly and did a good job. $18..good for the cost of the cut.
Worst haircut EVER! Did not seam to pay any attention to what I requested but it is way worse than that. I can only imagine what a prison haircut looks like and I would bet mine is worse. I am furious.
These ppl are not customer service friendly I went in needed 3 haircuts had never been and she said my coupon wasnt able to he accepted. Real customer service to a new client would have been to offer a small alternative coupon even if it was a few bucks. They did a fairly decent job but the old lady there I refused to let her touch my kids hair I didn't get a good vibe about her she pissed me off and Idk if I'll come back the other folks seemed decent she just seemed like a washed up old BIATCH NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION I WORK IN RETAIL AND I DONT TREAT PPL LIKE THAT
