I don't understand the bad reviews. Anna does amazing color and highlights- best I've had in 20+years. I have a tricky ash blonde color and she never makes it brassy like some have. (She's quiet if you're not in the mood to talk - she's not a chatterbox... maybe that's why some people called her arrogant??) Anyway - great natural color specialist. She doesn't do crazy colors (purples, pinks, etc.)
I agree with all the negative reviews. I went there 2x because I wanted something close and found both Markus and Anna to be arrogant, unfriendly and just not good. Markus uses a razor! Who cuts like that anymore???
Anna is awesome!!!!She is a phenomenal colorist and hair expert! After horrible job done by different salon ,I was desperate to get my hair fixed and she was able to do that.My hair feels and looks amazing!!!!.And Markus, he give me the best haircut I've ever had!!!! This salon have great atmosphere, products and quality of work. All around I walked out felling not only great about my hair but the overall experience!
Best salon I've ever been to. The staff is very professional and friendly. Anna the colorist is amazing she is the first colorist to understand exactly what my hair needs. Each time I come to see Anna I have a very pleasant experience, she always explains exactly what she's going to do and why.
The reviewer from his home state Brooklyn NY is planted by him. Hector Agostino is simply terrible! He messed up my hair and I had to get it redone. I also find that he owes child support in NY and is a dead beat dad! How come this salon employs him knowing that and how come the Lake County Sheriff does not nail him?
