I've been going to Ellen of Skin Care By Ellen (the esthetician) in this salon for years and she's always consistently delivered A+ service. She has many procedures she offers, I usually do a facial and eye brows with her once per month, sometimes more if I have a an event or date, she is always perfect thorough and professional. After waiting a while before I came back due to pandemic and distance, I returned to Taylor Reese. Was NOT disappointed !!! Angela was and still is the wizard of color and Marina knows how to rock the cut. Glad to back!!!
I LOVE this salon. Mouna is great. She is SO incredibly talented, and the nicest person you'll ever meet. She owns the salon, and runs it beautifully. Looking for color? Blondies to brunettes, she's got you covered. Products are from Oribe, which I really enjoy. I've also been to the Highland Park location. Cant go wrong with either one. Highly recommend. One thing to remember for this business: bring cash for your tips.
I went to have my hair styled for a black tie event. I was told I had booked a "blowout" not a "style" and they had no time to do anything but dry my hair! They did not try to accommodate me in any way. I wasn't looking for anything complicated- just a few curls with the curling iron. They clearly did not want my business and have lost all future business from me.
The stylists there get a 5. Cliff is amazing. However give them a 3 bc always placed on hold when call and those who answer not overly friendly. Also super inconvenient that can't tip w a card And always need cash.
