I've been going here for over 12 years. They are clean, kind, and do a good job! My favorite is Mary as she is thorough, takes her time and my pedicure always lasts weeks! You just need to find your favorite nail tech.
This place should close. Apathetic employees, dirty environment and terrible service! Both my mom and I were cut and received extremely unfriendly, poor service. Jagged nails and 20 second massages after which I was barked at to go wash my hands? Never before and never again.
First employee was super rough "shaping" my toenails (looked like they had just been hacked at) and left the skin near my cuticles bleeding. Asked for a different employee to finish up, and the first employee held my toe (???) and talked heatedly in another language. Second employee worked on my toes about 60 seconds, leaving me bleeding in a DIFFERENT spot (see attached photo). When I asked for a discount and said I just wanted to leave, they first insisted the bleeding was MY fault for being pregnant, then said they HAD to cut my toenail so poorly because it was ingrown (it was not). Not to mention the polish was so sloppy I could have done better with my left hand. Left bleeding and in tears! Definitely never going back!
I called an hour ahead to ask how busy they were and if I could do a soak-off of my acrylics. They mentioned they closed at 6 and stop taking clients at 5. Completely understandable, time management. I walk in at 4p to get my nails soaked off and I'm rejected and asked to leave because "soak-off takes a long time" and they have people coming in in 10 minutes. I'm honestly appalled because soaking off acrylic (in past experiences) means I sit in a chair not needing anyones attention until the very end. Would not recommend.
Come here with my mom on a last minute mission for pedicures. This was our 3rd stop and the only one who could get us in right away. Service was very nice, and my toes look great!! I recommend this place!!
