This is by far one of the best salons around. The owner Melissa is amazing and her staff is extremely well trained. If I can't get an appointment with Melissa I will see Alexis. Pretty much any of the girls are great and believe it or nice the prices aren't outrageous.
The absolute worst experience at a salon I've ever had. The owner was rude and dismissive towards me and her colleague, said people who lived in my town were "scuzzy," and the person cutting my hair lacked experience (to the point that she asked two colleagues how to cut my hair during my haircut). While I understand people need time and opportunities to learn a skill, the interactions between the staff were tense and resulted in several people cutting my hair in the course of a 45-minute cut! My hair is just not that complicated and the result was awful. I asked for a refund and received it.
Brianna is the absolute best. She puts so much time and effort into your hair and won't let you leave unless you love it. I've been in Brianna's chair for 20 minute trims and 5 hour balayages. She's simply the best. She's creative, she's innovative, she's helpful, she gives you the best deals, and is always a text away with any concerns or with what products to buy to maintain your hair. Also she's just a lovely person and quite the sight. Get Brianna.
I was told by my last salon that they would no longer be providing the services I needed (a hair cut) but they recommended this location. I am picky about my short hair and how it's cut as I have had many other traumatizing experiences .... well I love what Melissa did with my hair and I am even considering getting my hair colored by her too! Thanks Melissa!!!! I'll never go anywhere else again! Found my new home!
The ladies at the salon are really great. I bring my 4 year old for her hair cuts and they are awesome with her! She loves coming for a cut, even when it's just sitting while I get mine cut!
