Studio Central in Glastonbury, CT

I was visiting my mom in CT for a week and she set up with an appointment with Jessica.  I needed a haircut and color to fix the mess I did on my own hair.  She colored it back to a normal brown and added beautiful purple streaks that were subtle and the perfect placement!  She spent hours on my hair and it came out so perfect!  She came the closest to a past cut that I had, but I probably needed a few more layers, but I was so happy with the results!  The staff lol ves my mother and they were so welcoming and friendly.  I wish I lived closer so I could go back for every service I needed!

amazing experience:  have really struggled to find a place i love - and this is it.  everyone was welcoming and kind - Carisa did an amazing job on my reds which i am so happy with and i already can't wait to go back.  they are warm - accommodating and  i had an amazing visit.

Bill and Jessica were AMAZING! They took the style pictures that we provided and really made them work seamlessly for us. Dan kept everyone organized and made sure Bill and Jessica had what they needed at all times. Everyone was super cheerful and sang/danced with us as we were getting ready. It was such a fun, memorable morning :) My bridesmaids and I LOVED the way our hair turned out and everyone got so many compliments. I can't recommend them enough.

I love this place! I love the atmosphere, very unassuming, down to earth and cozy! Most important the talent at Studio Central is amazing. From Bill the owner being masterful with his scissors to Caitlin a great colorist and Dan who always remembers my name and says hello when you walk in the door. I get the feeling its not about the money they charge its about your hair. They really want you to be happy with their services. They take there time, they listen and at the same time offer their advice which always seems right!  I had been with the same salon for about 12 years before moving to the Glastonbury area and tried many in the area but was not happy. I found Studio Central and glad I did. I have been there twice and my hair although damaged from other salons is NOW looking healthy and shiny. I am super happy with them and think they are all great people!

We are not local but were going to be in the area so my daughter could attend a prom. I looked up reviews and found Studio Central. When I called to make an appointment, I spoke to Jessica. She informed me that the day I was trying to schedule is an off Saturday for them. She then very kindly offered to come in and do the services for my daughter. Both her hair and makeup were stunning. My daughter couldn't have been more pleased with the results. If you are local, you must try this salon. They truly care about their clients and go above and beyond to make sure they are happy with the results. Thank you again, Jessica!
