Lee ruined my hair! She did "balayage" and chemically cut my hair by over processing with the lighter/bleach she used. Strands of my hair throughout my head were coming off in big chunks as she removed the foils. Thankfully I have a lot of hair otherwise I would be bald. After all of this mess she ended up coloring me back to my original color and cutting 6inches off because the damage was that bad.

I've had my hair done by Lee a few times now and have always loved it! She's helped me go from dark to darker to blonde balayage to full blonde back to dark and she's always done such a great job. This last time I made a last minute appointment and unfortunately was running about 25 minutes behind. She was super understanding and still took me even though she would have to stay later. I've never had any trouble with this salon & I would definitely suggest checking the place out and making an appointment with either of the girls!

I called over 4 months ago to schedule an appointment after purchasing a groupon.. no one ever called me back. After reading other reviews this seems to be a common issue. I had to contact Groupon for a refund. I wouldn't want someone touching my hair who doesn't have the professionalism to call a client back.

Edit: here's the response from the owner via private message "If you called over a month ago you would have heard my voicemail that instructs the clients to book their appointments online, there is also a link on Groupon that allows you to book online. I wouldn't want to touch someone's hair who doesn't listen and follows directions! There is a reason my voicemails instructs clients to book online, I am sorry you are too inept and were unable to do so."

You're voicemail said nothing about booking online. When I purchased the Groupon there was not a link to book online. There could be now but not when I purchased 4 months ago. I will be sure to spread the word regarding my experience.

I'm torn about the star rating for this salon. It's really just Lee, and she's personable and talented. She did a good cut, balyage, and blow dry.

However, for both appointments I made with her, she was running about an hour late. Not an issue for my day the first time, and I thought it might be a fluke, but the second time I had to leave after waiting 45 minutes because I had another appointment in the afternoon and it wasn't clear when she would be able to start my hair.

If time isn't an issue, I would recommend giving her a try. If you're trying to fit something into a busy schedule, this might not be the salon for you.

I bought a groupon and scheduled an appointment with Lee, one for myself and one for my boyfriend. When we got there, the building was locked, Lee wasn't answering the phone, and we never heard back from her. And Groupons are not refundable.
