sat here for 40 minutes as Judy said she could service me. After 40 minutes she then tells me she can not service me to make an appointment at the fee of $10 to save my spot. I then proceeded to tell her that was bad service and she states that's not her problem. Then she threatens me to say if I don't leave she is going to call the cops. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me at this nail salon. I know many people this has happened to and they no longer go there. The first time I waited two hours as she serviced other people in the middle of doing my nails. DO NOT GO HERE I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE.
I will never go to this place again! I was a walk in with my 3 year old daughter. We wanted pedicures, her nails painted and jell on mine. They got our feet done and after she took my nail polish off we were told we had to come back another day because they had a 4 o'clock appointment come in and they didn't have time to do our nails. That is TERRIBLE customer service! You never tell a client to come back. You finish what you say your going to do.. what I was paying you for. They did half the work. Apparently my money wasn't as good as the appointment.
My darling sister suggested this salon. The precious female completed my acrylic nail set wonderfully! She talked to me and was so sweet. A gentleman gave me a wonderful basic pedicure, and painted my nails beautifully. Thank you so much for the sweet care and attention to detail!
Majestic nails now has a new owner . I see a difference in quality. I had my nails and toenails done for the first time and was super happy.
Went here with my sister while visiting my father. The lady who did my sisters nails talked to her the whole time trying to sell her products she was selling in the salon! I went to get gel nails and walked away with regular nail polish. I didn't realize it until I had already paid-we were so worked up about escaping the pushy sales lady!! It was not relaxing at all-TERRIBLE experience!!
