I was trying a new place because I wanted some nails before July 4th and they only had a 45 minute wait time. My service was very good, I really didn't wait long and the person who did my nails was nice. After about 2 weeks my nails started to life which is understandable, I noticed my thumb nail was coming off so I removed it myself and there was a fungus that had grown. I removed the rest of my nails to reveal both thumbs and my left index finger. My only guess is poor cleaning skills with the tools they used on my fingers.
Anna is very nice and professional! The shop is beautiful and nice and clean, Everyone is very nice and friendly. Will always be a faithful customer. Great Business and Owners .
Just not up to par.... Could care less about long term clients. Had an appointment, they were backed up, a friend of owners walked in, no appointment and they took her first. Walked out (we are husband and wife having mani pedi every 2 weeks)... went to Grand Nails and were treated like gold.
My mother and I were here for a mani/pedi. The lovely ladies who helped us were most gracious and kind. We were pleased with the results.
The technician I used to do my nails is great. I can't say enough good things about her. Unfortunately the owner is rude so I cannot give this place five stars. He's even rude to the technician. It's just an uncomfortable situation sometimes. He should really reevaluate his attitude.
