Very hit or miss on quality of nails/service. That's the price you pay for walking in. They always get you seated very quickly though and there's really never a wait. I had an excellent pedicure! I've had some really great people and some not so great ones. It seems to be a different manicure every time. However, today was probably the worst dip manicure I've had here yet and I've been coming for 2+ years now. The woman who did my nails didn't even touch my cuticles when I had hangnails all over and I even mentioned how horrible they were. Usually they put cuticle oil on them and clip at them a little, and she didn't even touch them. The dip is extremely uneven and very bumpy. Typically they get the excess hardened dip off your skin and she left every bit on there. Very disappointed.
The atmosphere is great! Holly T did an amazing job with my pedicure. She was very gentle and took her time. I did not feel that she rushed at all. Great experience!
Tammy is an amazing nail tech. I can always trust her to do an awesome job. On top of that, she is a sweetheart and very kind.
While some of their nail techs are great most aren't. They make up new charges every time you go. Some times they offer a student discount sometimes they don't. They took advantage of my 13 year old niece and charged her for length (reg length), shape (square), French tip and design costing her over $100 not telling she or myself until they were done. On top of this the tech Mia T told my niece it "wasn't fun for her to do her nails" I'm assuming because we came at five when they close at six which should've been plenty of time to complete. Poor customer service and dishonest employees.
Hannah is my go to girl! She takes her time and does an AMAZING job! I always get compliments on my nails. I bring in pictures of nail designs and she nails it every time! She is a sweet gal and very quiet. I don't need conversation all the time. I also recommend a gal name Que. She is excellent as well! To be honest, I prefer the women doing my nails and haven't had much luck with the men doing them. I ALWAYS ask for Hannah now. Very pleasant staff and owner. I recommend.
