So I went to go get a pedicure today and they normally do a great job and today when I went in they just got me in as soon as I walked in but when we finished and payed the lady that worked there i don't know if she is new but she asked for more money on a tip and not for nothing she got a 20 percent tip but then she asked for more money I will never be taking my business there again I am very disappointe.
Not at all happy with this place. I went to the guy who works there. My nails were so thick when he was done they looked hideous!! They were also lumpy and uneven. My real nails underneath were so damaged from their ANC. It will be months before they are healed. My thumb nail is actually bandaged and I keep checking for infection. They are very unsanitary. They dip your nail in the same powder they have dipped hundreds of other nails in. GROSS!!!! They are supposed to brush it on for sanitary reasons. My toes and nails color wasn't even close to matching. Yeah, yeah I know, such big problems. Well when I am paying for a SERVICE I expect to get what I PAY for. It will be months before my nail beds are healed. Beware if you go here.
The first time I went there I thought they were really good BUT I questioned the one gentleman that spoke English about the fact that I did not see my foot bath being cleaned after I was done. He said that I was talking to someone and I didn't see them cleaning it, I was a little sceptic about it but I accepted his answer. I went back for the second time today AND I WITNESSED my dirty foot tub being sprayed w/water and the sides wiped w/my used towels! BEWARE!!!
I was on an outing for work, the staff there treated my clients very respectfully which is what I always observe for. I become curious how the community with interact with my clients especially with a language barrier. Thank you all for very incredible job that night. The older man did my nails, I'm unsure of his name. But he helped boost my confidence for surgery. I didn't take a perfect picture, I chose champagne white with a party nail. White is pure and cleans the slate for my medical issues. Thank you for everything
Had the worst experience ever with Jennifer who is a senior technician. Her attitude is rough and rude and to top it: she doesn't even care. I'm telling my daughter and all her friends to stay away from this place. We pay for service that include attitude. No one should pay to be yanked around and insulted. Never again.
