I think I fell asleep mid massage Thats how good it was. The spa is very clean with a great ambience. They have a new customer for life.
Best facial by far! Just moved to Shelton from NY and was nervous I'd never find a place to give a quality facial - but I was wrong! Maggie is fantastic! I've been going now monthly for my facials.
I see some one star reviews and I'm confused. This spa is an absolute hidden GEM. M Spa is overflowing with therapeutic energy and professionalism. Rita is exceptional. Once you've received a facial from M, you will not go anywhere else. I've paid almost double for facials and they were not anywhere near the quality of M spa. Love this place!
Don't bother wasting your time customer service sucks tried several times to schedule an appointment online and over the phone takes them long to respond and the lady even hung up on me . I wish you can give no star review because that's what this place deserves.
