Nails Expo in Baltimore, MD

I would not recommend this nail salon. The place is not clean. I did not see equipment being sanitized, the techs did not clean their hands or equipment in between clients, I watched a tech change a garbage bag and not wash her hands then she proceeded to touch another client and only one license to practice cosmetology was posted or at least visible out of the 6 women doing nails.

The area is not great. The nail polish job was streaky. I got oval shape and the were all different sizes. And had the nerve to charge $50 for such a bad job. The person doing it has her crying baby tugging on her while doing my nails the whole time. I would not recommend coming here AT ALL. They do a terrible work.

Convenient same day appointments, clean sanitized. Nice staff ! Wide selection of Ombré and gel nail colors. Located in the highland gown shopping center.

Unfortunately this place just just lost a long time client although I thought the work was passable for a local spot it just doesn't warrant becoming a dollar to anyone. I loved the concept of girl power and the fact that it was a mix of culture but the owner sung just care about that buck when it comes to the customer and today I just had enough of her passive unprofessional behavior and I will not be returning. I work very hard to just give away my money especially with the prices she charge and I ALWAYS leave healthy tips but it's just not enough she is just a nasty money hungry person and she has no problem passing you off to the most inexperienced person there because when you leave she's right there to collect but her buddy's are never late for there little white envelopes at the end of the day. I really pray that the Hispanic/Mexican populations do not let this woman prey on prey on them she's a crook. Believe it!

I went here today to get my eyebrows waxed and I will never be back. The lady who waxed my eyebrows completely messed them up. I have had people not do a good job on my eyebrows before, but never this bad. Right after I left I had to buy an eyebrow pencil just to use on my eyebrows for the next few days. I told the lady that I wanted my eyebrows to be thin, but not too thin. She did my left eyebrow first. The end of my left eyebrow is now nonexistent. The rest of what's left looks crazy. The inner part is still thick and what's left of the outer part is thin. I looked in the mirror in shock. I never had my eyebrows look so bad. I decided to let her do the other eyebrow before figuring out how to fix this. She did my other eyebrow almost the same at the other, except she took more hair off the other one. I told the lady that my eyebrows did not match each other. She looked at my eyebrows for less than five seconds, then she got her coworkers to agree with her when she said that they looked good. I could tell on her coworkers face that she was lying. I did not get my nails done here so I can not speak on how they do nails, but I will never be back to find out due to how bad of a job was done on my eyebrows.
