I made a reservation online for 2 pedicures together and when we arrived, they did not know we had a reservation. Although they did say we could stay and wait, the staff were rude and inattentive. They would do part of our service and then disappear leaving us sitting there for long periods of time. My mother in law explained that she had recently recovered from a broken ankle and the technician still continued to twist and pull on her foot and ankle.
I wouldn't even give them a star. They couldn't understand anything I said I even showed a picture. I said power and they looked at me like I was crazy the. Started painting. Then I said ombré. They didn't even know what that was but they are a nail salon. I made her take off all my nails. Seriously horrible business then they are all talking shit about me on whatever language they were speaking. The mall is more expensive but they know what they are doing so I will continue to take the drive and go to the mall
My friend and I had a scheduled appt. to get our nails done at the same time. When we got there, there was a bunch of workers but only one guy could help us apparently because no one else could do acrylic nails..what kind of nail salon only has one person able to do that. It's a very common thing that people get done. They also didn't push back cuticles so now my nails look bad after 1 week and it was expensive compared to all the other places that do a better job and also have a better experience all together. I personally would not recommend.
Daughter and I went in to get a full set and I also got a pedicure. Over 2 1/2 hours.. no one in the place. Nails were awful, had to get them fixed the next day at LT nails. Within 3 days all of my daughters nail fell off. Didn't know what they were doing. Pedicure was good.
The search for the right nail tech is over! Tony at MK Nails did a fabulous job on my nails! As a former nail tech, I'm very picky. The salon staff is friendly, the shop is clean and the equipment is in great shape. Quiet and relaxing, not rushed through like cattle. Plenty of parking and they practice social distance guidelines. Highly recommend!
