I took my mother for a girls day pedicure at Philips. We had appointments for noon. We waited for almost an hour to get a 30 minute pedicure. it was apparent that they were taking walk ins that made the people with appointments have to then wait. They kept asking if we made an appointment or who we booked with. The salon has new owners that are not up to the task of running a salon. They also changed the menu of services but not the web site. They have increased the prices and charge a 4% fee if you use a debit card. They have a debit machine in the lobby but it's broken and open. English is broken and hard to understand. Won't return again! Terrible service and experience
I went to get my full set done on a Sunday, the guy at the front desk treated me horrible! The girl doing my nails was nice Hispanic glued my nail on sideways I asked her to fix it but she said it isn't bad I said mam I don't want a crooked nail so I asked another employee is it was crooked she said yeah but she gone file it straight I said mam can she just take it off and fix it the guy came up and asked me why am I causing problems?? I got so heated because I'm a very respectful person, I said whaaaat how is that bc I want my nail fixed!!! He told the nail tech " if she causes any problem don't do her nails" I was PISSED!!! I hit up the BBB. That was awful I told the lady pls just cut these nails off me I'm spending my money here ever again !! I love Alex hope she gets well soon but never again!!! Going above and beyond with this !!
Well, I called in and made an appointment. When I showed up they magically had no record of my appointment and accused me of making it up. I even showed them my call log. I would not go here!
I made an appointment here for my daughter and myself. when we got to our appointment they had taken somebody else and could only get my daughter in. It's really upsetting when you go to have a mom and daughter moment just to find out you're not going to get to have that moment cuz they decided to take somebody else in front of you. I won't be going back this is the second time this has happened.
This is one day after getting my nails done here. They must've used cheap or old nail polish. I've been here twice and each time my nails have turned out mediocre, I honestly could have done this myself.
