If I could give this zero stars i would. When I first walked in no one was at the front and had me wait 20 minutes before anyone came over and then told me a had to wait another 30 mins before I could get serviced.
Nail equipment wasnt clean at all, had left hair from previous people all over the floor and chairs. Nail technician had messed up my nails and cut my finger open causing a affection. The people at The mall of Manchester do better and they act more professional than they did. I will never ever go back to M&co salonspa unless I bring my lawyer's.
