10/10 love!!! Im from LA and only ever get my nails done here due to the quality, price, and experience. The overall ambiance inside is great and everyone always seems to be in an amazing mood! I paid $80 for a full set of acrylics with design. Monica absolutely killed these nails and I can't wait to come back!!
After going to this spa for two years & receiving mediocre service every time, I have decided to switch to a different nail salon. My family also feels that the experience is always subpar. If you do not have any other options this is a good last resort. The Sugar House location is a step up from this one. I have gotten cut numerous times as many others have in the other reviews. After I got engaged last year and went to get my nails done I ended up getting rashes on my hands after getting a manicure. I addressed my concerns about rashes after my last manicure there & the staff were unhelpful and did not provide any guidance on how to remedy or prevent this in the future. After two years of giving this nail spa the opportunity to improve I'm done trying. My family has had similar experiences and we will be taking our business else where.
Friendly and fast but my nails kept breaking so I went back to my old nail place in Woods Cross
So, I went to this nail place for my birthday. I went there with my girl friends to get pedicures, and there where about 8 of us. FIRST OFF, when i sat down where i was seated and they started the pedicure, they massager very badly. I am DISAPPOINTED on what they did. Meanwhile my friends got a somewhat better massage but it still wasn't good. Also when i walked in there was BIRD POOP on the floors. Like cmon get you store together. Now it's been two weeks since we got the pedicure. The nail polish is chipping and i have 2 toe nails that don't have polish.... not impressed. Over all the experience was ok.
I took my daughter to get a mani/pedi for her 4th birthday Friday 3/31/23 , did the gel add on because it "would last longer"... this service was $70 before a tip, Seemed steep to me especially for a kids service.
By Sunday morning 4/2/23 (2 days) every nail on her hands and toes had come off.
I did appreciate the environment, everything was nice and clean, relaxing and my daughter had fun but nail tech seemed to rush us out, was impersonal and the quality of the product is gutter worthy.
$70 down the drain. I won't be going back.
I should have listened to other reviews before booking here...It's a bummer because I had really high hopes for this place.
