Tina is the BEST! I've been going to her for years now and each time is always the best. I'm on my feet all day for work and a pedicure by Tina is truly a luxury and I look forward to it each time. If you go, i highly recommend the volcano spa pedicure if you want to treat yourself. Cant say enough great things about Tina! The vibe in here is great and ask for a mimosa to elevate your experience!
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this nail place that left me beyond unsatisfied. I called ahead to book an appointment specifically for getting my eyebrows done today at 10:45. The person who answered the phone confirmed the appointment and assured me it was all set. However, when I arrived at the salon, I was met with a rude surprise.
The employee at the front desk told me that nobody there could do my eyebrows. I couldn't believe it! Why on earth would they make me waste my time and gas to drive all the way there, only to inform me they couldn't perform the service I had booked? This lack of communication and professionalism is absolutely unacceptable.
It's simple courtesy to let customers know beforehand if a service cannot be provided, especially when an appointment has been explicitly scheduled for it. The person on the phone should have informed me about this limitation and saved me the trouble of making the trip.
I left the nail place feeling frustrated, disappointed, and disrespected as a customer. This kind of service reflects poorly on their business, and I won't be returning. I strongly advise others to reconsider booking any services at this place, as they seem to have no regard for their customers' time and convenience.
Small local business but amazing services. One of the gals made my mothers foot bleed so it was sad to see my mom with a bandaid on her new pedicure. They should have offered some sort of discount though.
