Don't go here. Unless maybe if you are male/have very short hairstyle. I walked in with hair down to my waist asking for a refresh and to trim off the frizzy ends. Somehow left with this, random pieces are shoulder length and it is not what I asked for. I expressed how upset I was and he laughed.
Everyone at this location is so professional and polite! Service is exceptional, and we love the results. Always have a good experience. Shout out to Amy and Deanna for being so awesome! Definitely recommend this location!
So I checked in on their online app stated it would be 1/2 wait so I took off from my home.
At 6pm.
Arrived 6:20 and then stated still 20 minutes for my turn.
So when I was 2 in line they took someone 4th in line next.
Wtf. What's the point of app if you're not going to use it.
I honestly don't know why I keep coming back here. The staff is amazing and friendly but it seems every time I come here (except for one lady who has tattoos, she's awesome and cuts hair amazing), I always leave with my hair looking good until I get home and try to style it and realize they f*cked it up again. I ask for a high fade combover every time and always emphasize the fact I get a cowlick and need the crown of my head blended. But somehow they always miss that area or don't cut it enough. I have a wedding to goto this weekend and was styling my hair to see how it looks and it's jacked up in the back. It sucks because now I have no time to get it fixed before I fly out tomorrow. I unfortunately will not be coming back to this shop regardless of how awesome the staff is personally.
my son went in for a haircut and simply asked if an inch off, and we thought that was easily achievable. But we thought wrong, i've never seen him come home crying from a haircut before this one. very disappointed and will not be coming back again.
