Hidden charges. Beware of pricing. They charge for the service and charge separate for the polish/nail color. We were not made aware of that. Example: express pedi is 35 and polish is an extra $10, shellac polish was an Extra 20. I've never been charged extra for polish, it's always been part of the pedicure. They did do a good job but their pricing is why we don't go back. We paid an extra 50 dollars for polish.

I went in for a basic pedi. BASIC. The man doing my pedi showed me a menu folded and started at 6. He didn't hand me the menu, he showed me the menu which was weird. I said I did not want a fancy pedi, just basic (I can't stand that babysh!t between my toes,lol) so he says ok and starts. Eventually he starts a timer for massage, I didn't think anything of it, until he pulled out a bowl of stones. I asked what it was and he said it was hot stones. He said, some people don't want to do it, but I do for you. I asked him, does this always come with BASIC pedi? He said, basic 6. I looked at him more stern this time and asked again. He realized that I was serious and said "I'm easy, if my customers happy, then I'm happy, I give you discount, don't worry, you only pay $65." At this point, I'm worried, I only wanted basic. I'm on a fixed income. I can't make money appear. We even talked about it in the beginning when he asked if I work. He then proceeded to paint my toes and asked if I would like the rest of the services, paraffin and what not. I said NO, I ONLY WANTED BASIC! He said, but basic glam comes with nothing. This showed me that he knew and understood what I wanted. He was trying to trick me into the more expensive package. When it came time to pay, he said he gave a discount. $61!! What!? I didn't even finish the services! I only wanted a basic pedi! I paid because I felt cornered and did not want to make a scene. This is not my first bad experience. I thought I would try again after a few years but things have most definitely not changed. This place still remains the worst experience. My past experiences include filing till I bled, sick employees coughing on me, the list goes on. Never again.
